What’s your Guarantee?
We guarantee all work to be performed safely and complete in nature. Gutter cleaning service includes clean-out of inside of all gutters and downspout flush (everything above ground level). Service also includes any grounds and property clean-up. Window cleaning is guaranteed to be streak free and of the highest quality. If anything is missed we will promptly schedule a return visit on us!
We guarantee all of our work to be in integrity and of quality workmanship. We request any follow up's for work to be scheduled within (3) days of service appointment or billing.
What about cleaning the exterior of the gutters?
We will wash the exterior of the gutters for an additional fee. Typically this service is only performed if bid onsite and with client approval. Exterior detailed wash is not included with standard gutter cleaning of interior of gutter debris.
What is the chemical for moss?
We use a granule of Zinc Sulfate for moss treatment. This is the industry standard which does not stain or corrode. Depending on steepness of roof we may recommend applying a liquid chemical application for best results.
When is the best time to remove moss?
Anytime of year is a good time to remove moss especially if it growing out of control. We will coordinate with you on an individual basis the best time to schedule the removal for the best results for your roof as conditions vary.
How do I pay?
After service is complete and work reports are submitted from our field technicians to the main office we will generate billing by email and send to you. Once received you may pay online directly, mail a check to our P.O. box, or call in payment to our office.
